"We are the architects of our wellness"

I am a wellness coach, nutritional therapist and breath guide working with individual clients and facilitating group transformational breathwork sessions.

On a one to one basis my approach is to work closely with you to identify which areas of your health and wellbeing can be improved. We will first look for small changes that can be easily incorporated into your current lifestyle. These small changes can have a huge impact on the way we feel.

There are four key pillars to our health: nutrition, movement, stress management and sleep. Breathwork supports and is fundamental to them all.

I work with clients on improving one specific pillar or across all four.

When it comes to nutrition, it’s not just about cutting down or eliminating foods from our diet but more importantly what foods you might add for optimum health.

My core belief is that the foundation health is good gut health. By improving your gut health, you will often find overall well-being improves.

About Me

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind and spirit – the realisation that everything we do , feel and believe has an effect on our state of well-being” Greg Anderson

Paradoxically, my interest and knowledge in wellness came through illness. I established a belief that the current medical industry provides great diagnosis but not always accurate prognosis. There is much we can do to ensure we feel well despite health challenges.

I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach and Breath Guide.

A Crohn’s in 2004, started a journey of self education to understand how best to manage my condition holistically. Through exploration of how diet and lifestyle impacted my condition I have been able to keep Crohn’s in remission since 2006. This fuelled my interest and passion in understanding the power of certain foods and their ability to heal the body.

A relocation with my family to Singapore in 2013 gave me an opportunity to take a break from a twenty year career in advertising, and study nutritional science. I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2015. I soon felt that I needed to offer a more holistic solution to my clients’ health goals and concerns. Whilst nutrition is a critical pillar to good health, no matter how good diet is, it cannot work in isolation. In 2018, I studied with CNM to qualify as a Health Coach. This has given me the expertise to develop scientific understanding of the role of movement, stress management and sleep, alongside nutrition in relation to overall health and wellbeing.

Through my ongoing experience with clients I have witnessed how important stress reduction is in achieving not only specific health goals such as weight loss but also in achieving a sense of total wellbeing. For many breathwork is an accessible mindfulness tool.

In 2022 when undergoing treatment for breast cancer I experienced for myself just how powerful breathwork could be. I started practicing daily and the difference in my physical and mental wellbeing was mind blowing. After completing my treatment I booked a five day breathwork retreat in Sweden and was further blown away by what could be achieved physically, mentally and emotionally through deep breathwork sessions. This experience inspired me to train with the Hale Centre in Sweden and to become a breath guide. I offer breath guiding services in addition to nutritional and wellness coaching.

I am a member of the ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) and part of the Seed Wellness offering. My interests beyond nutrition and breathwork include tennis, learning Spanish, bee keeping and wine (I have a number of WSET qualifications)

I live in Beaconsfield with my husband, two children and two dogs. I volunteer with HomeStart supporting families with young children through challenging times & with Penny Brohn, a Cancer Wellness Charity as an online breathwork guide.

Nutritional Coaching

Over the course of three months, working closely with Caroline I experienced a significant improvement in my energy levels and gained a newfound appreciation for a diverse array of plant-based foods.

From our very first session, it was evident that Caroline possessed a deep understanding of holistic nutrition. She took the time to thoroughly assess my dietary habits, lifestyle, and health goals.

Not only did I experience a noticeable increase in energy and vitality, but I also noticed improvements in my overall well-being. I felt lighter, more focused, and better equipped to tackle the demands of daily life. Caroline provided ongoing support and encouragement every step of the way.

Beyond her expertise in nutrition, Caroline also demonstrated exceptional empathy and compassion, her holistic approach to wellness encompassed not only dietary recommendations but also mindful eating practices, stress management techniques, and self-care strategies.

I cannot recommend Caroline highly enough to anyone seeking to improve their health and well-being. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care have truly made a positive impact on my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her.
