Chemo is without doubt hard on your body and we all react differently but there is much you can do during and after your treatment to ensure you keep as well as possible and continue to live a full, active life.

1. Nourish your body

Research into the benefits of certain foods for help with and protection against certain cancers is vast but there are a few generic tips that will help everyone.
